The Premium Agenda is a paid service with a monthly subscription reserved for users registered with the Coach profile, the service offers a virtual agenda with lesson time management. Moreover, the service will also help registered users as players by improving their performance.
SmatchMe reserves the right to change or otherwise modify these conditions. The user therefore accepts that the access or continued use of the application after the changes implies the acceptance of the terms and conditions as updated or modified.
1. AGENDA PREMIUM
a. It is a Premium service of SmatchMe for “Premium Coach”, with all the options and features, paying a certain amount.
b. The Premium Terms and Conditions relating to Premium users, as indicated below, apply to the Premium registration. Unless otherwise specified in the Terms and Conditions, all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions also apply to Premium users.
c. By registering as a Premium Coach, you declare that you are over 16 years of age and are legally authorized to enter into contracts under the applicable law. If the description above does not correspond to the truth, SmatchMe will not be bound by these Premium conditions.
2. Minor.
Only persons legally capable of entering into contracts on their own are authorized to subscribe to Agenda Premium.
3. Consequences of enrollment
a. By registering, you confirm the unconditional knowledge and acceptance of the contents of these Terms and Conditions, as well as that all registration data are true, accurate, up to date and complete, and you undertake to keep all registration information up to date.
b. Each user can only subscribe to Agenda Premium once and confirm with his / her registration that he / she has never registered an account with SmatchMe before and that he / she has not canceled a user account previously activated.
c. After registration, the user (hereafter “Premium Coach”) can access the Agenda Premium service. The service is present in the application where you access by entering your e-mail address and the password chosen.
4. Rights of SmatchMe
a. SmatchMe reserves the right to refuse users without explanation. In this case, the transmitted data is immediately deleted.
b. If the user provides false, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete information, or SmatchMe has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate, out of date or incomplete, SmatchMe will have the right to suspend or terminate the subscription immediately and without notice and to refuse any current or future use of the Premium services (or any part thereof), without the registered user having the right to reimbursement of any amount previously paid.
c. In any case, SmatchMe reserves the right to contact the user at any time to verify the registration data.
Requirements for subscription. To use the Premium Agenda service for Premium users, the user must (i) be a registered user and (ii) pay the set price, including VAT, if applicable, and any other fees or amounts associated with Premium services, by credit card, via the App Store, or any other form of payment accepted by SmatchMe (the “subscription”).
5. Types and prices of the subscription.
a. SmatchMe offers the subscription service at a price of € 12.99 per month the price is subject to change at any time at SmatchMe’s discretion, any price change will be communicated on the Application, on the Website or in the Stores.
b. Payment is made in advance monthly, currently a trial period of 3 months is provided, once the subscription has been signed and paid, the selected validity period will be associated with your account.
c. Payment can be made using different online payment systems. If SmatchMe will not be able to collect the amount due from an account designated by you due to insufficient credit, you will be required to bear all the resulting costs, including bank charges related to any debit items or associated charges. SmatchMe may send invoices and payment reminders to the user via e-mail.
d. Automatic renewal. At the end of the subscription period (MONTH), your credit card will automatically be charged the price of the standard subscription in effect at the time of subscription, which means that in this case no special offer prices will apply, and the subscription it will be renewed for the same period of time, unless you request cancellation before the expiry of the current subscription. The standard subscription price is available on the Application and in the Apple and Google Stores.
e. Cancellation. You can cancel the subscription to the Agenda Premium service at any time by canceling the application. Unless otherwise specified, SmatchMe will not reimburse the amounts previously paid.
f. Deadline. According to what is established if the cancellation is not made, the subscription is always renewed from month to month.
